Delivering value to our clients is one of our primary goals at SwissTechFactory. Because we offer a wide range of services, from data processing to technology advice, development and maintenance, our pricing models are similarly tailored to meet the exact needs of each client and project. Our four core pricing models are:
Based on pre-determined and agreed-upon estimate with allowances for contingencies (scope + team). A clear scope and requirements assessment is needed before work can begin.
Based on actual hours performed (workload) or using “not to exceed” estimate(s).

SwissTechFactory GUARANTEE

The cost of the latest iteration (two weeks at most) will be waived if client is not satisfied with the deliverables of our partner and notifies SwissTechFactory within one week.

If for any reason a partner needs to be switched, we offer a knowledge transfer period of 20 working days, free of charge, for the leader and 10 working days for the engineer.

The contract can be cancelled within 10 working days if client is not satisfied with the work of our IT partners.

A free trial with one partner is available so you can evaluate his communication skills and work efficiency.
